How do I register for my complimentary passes and what do they include?
A unique Exhibitor Portal is now available for each company to register their Exhibitor Passes and also make other conference purchases. Registration instructions have been sent to the main contact of each exhibitor. Please direct all registration questions to Sharon Chester firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitor Personnel Pass includes the following:
- Access to the Exhibit Hall during Set up and Tear Down Hours
- Access to the Exhibit Hall one hour prior to exhibit hall opening on 10/04/17 and 10/05/17
- Access to the opening plenary session on 10/03/17
- Access to the opening reception on 10/03/17 and 1 drink ticket
- Access to Happy Hour on 10/04/17 and 1 drink ticket
- Access to closing reception 10/05/17
- Option to additionally purchase tickets to Keynote Luncheons – $110
Exhibit Hall Only/Client Passes*
Exhibitors can register their Client Passes in their Exhibitor Portal and view who has used the Client Passes. Extra Client Passes can be purchased through the exhibitor portal. If exhibitors are giving the code out to guests to register themselves, they must register through the visitor portal link: https://reg.conexsys.com/canwea2017/exhibitor. Your guests can simply enter the Client Pass Code, hit apply and complete their registration.
*Client Pass Discount Codes may only be used to invite attendees from companies other than your own. If one of your Client Day Pass Discount Codes is used by an attendee from your company (including subsidiaries or parent company), you will forfeit the pass and the attendee will be liable for a full Exhibit Hall Pass Only Participant fee, payable prior to gaining access to the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibit Hall Only/Client Pass includes the following:
- Access to the Exhibit Hall during Exhibit Hall hours on 10/04/17 and 10/05/17
- Option to purchase tickets to Keynote Luncheons – $110
ALL badges are to be picked up at the Registration Counters at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal – Viger Hall. It is recommended that you bring your Registration Confirmation for quicker check-in.
EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL
The Exhibitor Service Manual is a valuable resource in preparing for CanWEA 2017. Whether you are a first-time exhibitor or an experienced exhibitor, the kit is an easy-to-use guide to help make exhibiting a smooth process and ensure that you have a successful show. Its purpose is to simplify the administration of exhibitor requirements, to advise you of the available services and to notify you of certain important timings and key dates.

BEWARE OF UNAPPROVED VENDORS!
CanWEA Show Management has negotiated agreements with a select group of companies who are responsible for providing services needed for installation, day-to-day operations and dismantling of exhibits. Order forms and descriptions of their services and rates can be found in the e-kit.
As we approach the show you might be solicited from a variety of vendors for different services including hotel accommodations and expo guides. Please be aware only the companies noted on the Official Service Vendor List are affiliated with CanWEA 2017 and endorsed by Show Management.
SAFETY DURING MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT
All persons working on the show floor during move-in and move-out are required to wear approved personal protective equipment PPE), such as CSA approved (or equivalent) safety shoes, hard hats, harnesses, gloves and safety eyewear and is to be used when warranted by safety conditions.
